1. What Oratika is
A practice tool: you answer work situations out loud and receive measurements and AI-generated feedback on the structure, wording, pace, pauses and filler words of your answer. It is not a course with a certificate, not a human coach, not therapy and not a medical service. We do not promise any outcome such as a job offer or a promotion.
2. AI-generated feedback
Feedback and improved versions are generated by an AI model and labelled as such. They can contain mistakes, including transcription mistakes. Use your own judgement; do not rely on them for decisions with legal or financial consequences.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Record only your own voice and do not record other people without their consent.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices shown include VAT. Subscriptions renew at the price shown next to the pay button until you cancel; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, without signing in. See the refund policy.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence in the European Union.
